1. Cadets finally selected for admission to cadet college Lahore are given three to ten days Joining Time to report to the Institution.
2. Parents/ Guardians will be present at the reporting time for documentation, Payment of fees and to hand over charge of the cadet.
3. Cadets will be properly dressed with smart hair-cut. Chappals, Sandals and Private Shoes are not allowed.
4. Cadets will bring with them Bag and Baggage as per List of Articles to be Brought by Cadets on first arrival.                 5.Junior Cadets are registered in The Leaders OTA CCL SCHOOL WING for BISE Lahore Examinations while Seniors Cadets of Grade FSc for Board Exams with Aga Khan University Examination Board. For any change in this regard Parents/Guardians should submit in writing for other options.

WITHDRAWAL

1. CADETS ARE LIABLE TO BE WITHDRAWN FROM THE COLLEGE DUE TO FOLLOWING OFFENCES:-

a- Cheating, lying, stealing, gambling and immoral conduct.
b- Willfully and deliberately damaging the College property.
c- Keeping fire-arms or knives of large size, etc.
d- Breaking bounds or deserting from college premises or from outdoor activity.
e- Rudeness to staff and seniors, Rude behaviour of Cadet's Parents towards staff.
f- Absenting from the class and any other College activities without proper cause.
g- Being habitually unpunctual, untidy, slovenly and ill dressed.
h- Smoking or use of Narcotics in any form.
i- Consistently giving poor performance in academics.
j- Use of unfair means in Tests / Examinations, or assisting any one.
K- Guilty of any act of ill-discipline/misconduct, luring or coercing other Cadets to disobedience or violence.

2. In case of intended withdrawal of the Cadets by the Parents/Guardians, the same must be notified in writing by the Parent at least 3 months before the withdrawal otherwise fee for the following months will also be charged in full.

3. In case of withdrawal, fee concession of student will be cancelled and full fee will be charged with retrospective effect.

4. No College Leaving Certificate will be granted without a written request from the parents.

5. All Fees and Funds charged are non-refundable.
